After graduating from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, with a BS in computer science, Samir H Bhatt started his career in 1997 at an investment banking and asset finance firm, J.P Morgan Chase. After two years, he moved to alternative investments and structured products firm, Credit Suisse, where he worked for nine years.In his extensive career, Samir H Bhatt has served as a vice president for the New York-based Highbridge Capital Management and as a director for Markit also in New York. In 2013, Samir H Bhatt founded SHB Advisors, a limited liability company (LLC) based in Washington, DC. The firm provides financial services to institutions and clients seeking commodity trading support and investment.Samir H Bhatt also holds a master of business administration in general management from the Johnson School of Business (Cornell University).
